Cooking class

We made this menu on our cooking class. Today's menu is a takikomigohan, boiled spinach seasoned with soy sauce and chawanmushi. I made a takikomigohan. I made it with an iron pot. They taste very good!!!

We made these food in our cooking class. This time's menu are a gratin, a tomato salad and a cream puff. Tomato salad tastes very good♪ Custard cream we made is very sweet!! Gratin tastes great, too♪
I want to try a cream puff again!!

Osechi

I made a osechi on December 31th. Japanese peple eat osechi in the new year. For example, tazukuri, kurikinton, namasu, tatakigobou and so on. Japanese peple hope they are happy for a year.

X'mas Party

I joined Christmas party three times on my winter vacation. We decorated Christmas trees. In addition, we made a roast chicken, a potato salad, some canape and a Christmas cake. They tasted very good. We had a very good time(^^♪

Kaninabe

Last Friday, I did nabe again with my friends. We made a crab nabe!!! As we could get good dashi, looks like stock, we made zousui at last (^^♪ After meal, we ate ice cream(^^; We ate our fill・・・・

I made this with sugar and salt. This is very cute! isn't it?? I think it is going to bring me much happiness♪♪

lottery

I bought lottery tickets last Saturday. I got ten tickets!! It cost me 3000yen to buy lottery tickets. The day of drawing is December 31th. I'm looking forward to coming the day of drawing♪

It is beautiful illumination, which is around koutsu center. I like seeing illumination. It is fantastic world!!!

Cooking training

We had a cooking training class last Wednesday.
We cooked rice, chikuzennni, sumashijiru
and rikyuumannju. Though we had a hard time to use steamer for rikyuumannju, they are very delicious.

Food&Agricultural festival

Today, I went to Food&Agricultural festival which was held in miyazaki with my family. We saw various crops and specialty products of Miyazaki. And we ate various samplings. For example, pancake, omelette, doughnut, miyazakigyuu and so on. They taste very good.
Then we joined stamp rally. As the premium, we got miyazakigyuu steaks. It tastes very very great!! I want to go there next year　ｄ(^o^♪

kimuchinabe

I ate kimuchinabe with my friends. We prepared donabe and gasstove, and bought various ingredients. For example, napa cabbage, leek, misuna, toufu, bunashimeji and oyster. Last thing, we got udon into kimuchinabe. I tasted very good. I want to do nabe again（*^_^*）

A school festival

I went to festival of kyushukangofukushi university with my friend today.
This university is in Tamana. So, we went there by train and bus.
We ate various food. For example, hashimaki, yakisoba, agetako and so on. We enjoyed ivents at stage and in the room.
We had a good time(^^♪!!!

Kurusuno umi

This is "Kurusuno umi". It is in Hyuuga in Miyazaki.
There is a legend that a wish comes true. This topography is made of a sea between rocks and rocks.
Its form is a cross. As this sea is very beatiful, we must be attracted.

Amakusa

This picture is Amakusa. I went to Amakusa my summer vacation with my friend. Here, sea is very beautiful!!!
I could see a few big fish jumping. I was very impressive（^-^♪）
Here is famous in octpus. I ate "takodon", and it tasts good.

I went to Yatsushiro this weekend. I saw variety touns. At ryuuhoku, I found a Igusa softcream♪♪ So, I ate this. It tasts maccha, and it's very delicious(^^♪
